Delivery

Ceramics are delicate and heavy. We pack them with great care to protect them in transit, but breakages do occur occasionally, despite best efforts.

We ship worldwide and shipping costs are determined by destination and product weight. A full range of shipping options is available – we use Royal Mail and a range of courier services.

Orders for special next day delivery must be received before noon for same day shipping. Orders received after noon will be shipped the following day.

We are happy to include a gift card with your purchase if you would like one.

Returns

If you change your mind about your purchase you may return the item to us for a full refund, less postage and packing, within 28 days of delivery. We will refund items received in new, unused condition, with the original paperwork. 

If your item was incorrect or defective and the return is due to our error, we will pay the return shipping costs. Any such claims must be made within 28 days of delivery.

When returning items to us for any reason, please obtain a certificate of posting when returning the goods as we cannot be held responsible for packages which go astray in transit.

If you need to return an item, please email us at victoria@victoriaarmstrong.co.uk with your item number and a brief message. We will then be in touch to arrange your return. 

We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item. Payments will be refunded using the method in which the original purchase was made.
